Robert J. Allan to Speak at the 15th Annual Director’s College at Stanford Law School
On June 23, 2009, Robert Allan will speak at the “Foreign Corrupt Practices Act” breakout session in the two day conference, which is the nation’s premier executive education program for directors and senior executives of publicly traded firms. Mr. Allan is highly regarded in the area of international business, especially as it relates to U.S.-China relations. Other panelists include Alan Crain of Baker Hughes and the Hon. Stanley Sporkin, former U.S. District Court Judge. Attending the seminar are CEOs of publicly held companies, scholars and board members. Additional topics being analyzed are the credit crunch, corporate governance and risk management.
